The English Language Institute at The University of Montana is seeking conversation partners who would like to meet and converse with a foreign student studying at UM. Our foreign students are studying English intensively and would love to practice listening and speaking English with a partner. The students' English ability varies, but all are eager to speak with native speakers. Students and partners should try to meet once a week for an hour, but are free to set up as much time as desired.

Conversation partner volunteers should have native-like English ability, enjoy learning about other cultures, be willing to share information about their own culture, have enough time to meet with a student regularly, and be patient.
